News Corner :
* There is a new NEC293 !
* REC29 has resigned, but will keep his post until someone else is elected.
* The 067 HUB has joined the 071 HUB and has therefore ceased to exist.
* Thanx to Belgacom 041 HUB changed to 04 HUB. It could be that someone
  else will become the hub...
* 015 Hub has been taken over by R. Withofs (292/904), also a well known mod.
* There is a new ZEC2... And according to some gossips he _is_ working 
  hard om writing a new policy for Zone 2 !
