 2) National Mail Hour for Zone 1 shall commence at 0900 UTC, and 
    shall not vary for Daylight Savings Time.  

 3) Regional coordinators are to send their regional node list updates 
    to node 1:1/0.  Regional updates must be received no later than 
    the end of National Mail Hour on Friday morning to be included in 
    the next Zone 1 master node list 

 4) Complaining about, flaming at, or insulting another persons 
    spelling, grammar, or punctuation in an echomail conference shall 
    be considered annoying behavior.

                       Region 13 - Mid Atlantic

 1) Network coordinators are to send their network node list updates 
    to node 1:13/0.  Network updates must be received no later than 
    the end of National Mail Hour on Thursday morning to be included 
    in the next Region 13 master node list.  

 2) All network coordinators shall partake of the REGION13 echomail 
    conference.  Link to this conference at node 1:107/6.  The 
    REGION13 conference may be passed to any sysop in region 13 who 
    desires it.  

 3) Thou shalt not trespass on another network's turf.  Sysops 
    requesting node numbers in networks out of their coverage area 
    should be referred back to their local network.

                      Net 107 - New York MetroNet

 1) The following hubs and node number pools are designated:

 2) Hub Coordinators are to send their hub node list updates to node 
    1:107/0.  Hub updates must be received no later than the end of 
    National Mail Hour on Wednesday morning to be included in the next 
    Net 107 master node list.  

 3) All sysops must link in to the METRONET sysop conference.  Link in 
    through your local hub.

 4) Commercial traffic, encrypted messages, and echomail may not be 
    routed through the outbound gateway or through the hubs.  

 5) People desiring unlisted numbers should be encouraged to operate 
    as points instead.

                 Net 107 Hub 500 - Northern New Jersey

                               Version 1

 1) All nodes under hub 500 must observe a special mail event from 
    0530 to 0600 EST for inbound mail delivery.  No other mail 
    activity should take place during this schedule.  

 2) Those nodes wishing to take advantage of the MetroNet outbound 
    mail delivery should route their outbound mail to 107/500 during a 
    special mail event from 0300 to 0330 EST.  

 3) All questions regarding echomail should be addressed to Gee Wong 
    at 107/312 or to Burt Juda at 107/528.
